Senator Proposes Requiring Capitol Hill Suppliers to Accept Crypto Payments

U.S. Senator R-Texas has proposed a parallel resolution requiring vendors on Capitol Hill to accept cryptocurrencies as payment, which, if passed, would require the architect of the Capitol, the secretary of the Senate, and the CEO of the House of Representatives to communicate only with the Capitol in Washington, D.C. Food service contractors and vending machine operators who accept cryptocurrencies enter into contracts.
