Judge Approves Voyager to Keep $445M After Sued by FTX Entities

A U.S. federal judge has approved an agreement between Voyager Digital and FTX that Voyager will keep $445 million after the FTX entity sues Voyager for loan repayments, The Block reports. Voyager customers could see a 73 percent recovery rate under the restructuring plan, but that would drop to 48 percent if FTX and Alameda's claims are successful, the lawyers said. Foresight News previously reported that last month Voyager Digital had agreed to retain $445 million against Alameda's loan claims.
