Addresses starting with 0x99e0 transferred about 70,000 ENS to Binance

According to monitoring by Twitter user Ember, an address (starting with 0x99e0) that received 200,000 ENS from the ENS community reward address transferred about 70,000 ENS to Binance. This address received 200,000 ENS on October 26, 2022, and sold 50,000 on that day, and the remaining 150,000 were transferred to Binance in batches within the last month.
