Applications can be submitted by any project running on the Arbitrum network that requires gas fees to fund the DIA oracle, with additional provisions to be specified in due course. The approval mechanism will be operated through DIA’s Snapshot voting system. Eligible voters include application projects, DIA and Arbitrum token holders. Projects that get the required number of votes will be awarded 1000 ARB, which can only be used to provide gas fees for the DIA oracle.
