The Vitalik Buterin-themed NFT series Buterin Cards caused Gwei to surge briefly, becoming the largest Gas consumer for a time. According to data from Ethereum blockchain explorer Etherscan, as of 4:00 a.m. Beijing time, Buterin Cards had consumed 13.1% of the total Gas units in three hours, higher than the Uniswap universal router address and Tether's public address. In the past 24 hours, transaction fees for this series reached 318.31 ETH, worth $665,670. It is reported that the Buterin Cards project aims to upload 2,015 NFTs to pay tribute to Vitalik Buterin, co-founder of the Ethereum blockchain.
