Mark Cuban: SEC doesn’t protect anyone, Howey test isn’t enough to cover all cryptocurrency situations

Billionaire and crypto-friendly Mark Cuban has recently spoken out and publicly criticized the SEC. He accused the SEC of being a "financial regulatory shorthand" and that they were not protecting anyone. He also noted that the Howey test is not sufficient to cover all cryptocurrency situations and that “cryptographic supplements to Howey and Reves are now needed.”
