币安美国(Binance.US)周五宣布，将暂停所有美元存款服务，与合作银行准备在下周6月13日停止美元提款，呼吁用户加速处理自己的美元资产。该举措仅影响币安美国，并未延伸至币安平台。
消息传出后，币安币(BNB)短线迎来一波跌势，但很快恢复反弹上升，更显示出加密投资者团结对抗美国证监会制造恐慌的情绪。

比特币早盘出现一波大卖盘，但缺乏大量的情况下，重新回稳站在26459美元。
在5月6日新提交的法律文件中，美国证监会指控赵长鹏控制的公司曾收到110亿美元的客户资金。但赵长鹏周五凌晨发推回应：“这完全是假的，不知道是记者的问题还是消息来源的问题。据我所知，币安美国(Binance.US)总计约有20亿美元的用户资金，这个数字以美元作为计价标准，会随着加密货币价格波动，并且近期因被起诉新闻而显著下降。”
他继续强调：“所有用户资金都有帐目，从未离开过币安美国的平台。当然，除非用户自己撤资。”

CoinDesk在引述赵长鹏挪用客户资产的传闻时评论，认为有120亿美元的币安美国客户资金被发送给赵长鹏，1.62亿美元被发送给币安后台与财务经理陈光英控制的新加坡公司。
报道还指出，赵长鹏和陈光英控制了多家与币安没有明显关联的公司，并发送给他们的资金都在离案帐户中。文章中，CoinDesk也援引币安发言人就此事的回应，除强调币安对用户资安问题的透明公开，还指出美国证监会提及的资金为公司资金。
该发言人表明：“美国证监会提到的资金，严格来讲是公司资金，而不是用户资产。币安的首要任务是1:1比例持有用户资产，这些帐户代表企业因提供产品/服务而获得的收入。与全球其他公司一样，我们的收入用于支付全球业务的营运成本。”
币安发言人也指出，优化帐户持有量的行为是许多跨国公司都会做的事。“我们在全球17个国家/地区收受到监管，并定期优化公司帐户持有量。这些类型的交易是大多数全球贸易公司的特征行为，并需要确保我们能够以稳定和合规的方式促进我们的产品和服务。”
