2023年10月和11月美国众议院金融委员会一共召开了三次对加密货币领域可能会造成的不良影响的会议，也就是资恐，其中涉及包括俄罗斯在内的几家交易所，并且表明虽然加密货币不再是资恐的主要来源，但仍然有资金通过加密货币流通进入恐怖组织。
通过白宫的统计，目前的涉恐加密货币资金绝大多数来自USDT，USDC和TRX，其中USDT和USDC虽然占据份额较大，但并不算作为资助的主体，类似美元。更主要的是资助的渠道是哪些，因此在报道中点名了TRX和Sunswap是资助恐怖主义中利用率最高的，而且USDT和USDC的资恐多数也是在TRON上。
Sunswap是Tron上的第一个去中心化交易平台，而Sunswap虽然在名义上和孙宇晨没有关系，但实际上谁都知道相关性。
2023年11月包括彭博社在内的媒体再次报道并点名波场在资助恐怖主义上已经是所有加密货币行业中的领军者，说人话就是波场是加密货币中资助欧美定义的恐怖主义的主要渠道。
就在彭博社发文以后不到一周CZ现身美国，并且和Binance一起认罪接受美国的处罚，通过和解结束了美国多部门的多年调查，Binance也顺利洗白。要知道虽然CFTC主要追的是Binance让美国投资者炒币，但实际上更大的原因是Binance在“KYC”上的不严格导致了恐怖主义分子利用Binance转移资金，甚至是耶伦都代表美国财务部作为这次调查的最上级单位做了陈述，在公开表述的内容中Binance涉及到资恐领域大幅度低于波场。
Binance和解的前提是知道对市场和政权的敬畏，是专业的团队和认知的体现，而孙宇晨椰子鸡都担心别人多吃一口，必然难以维持优秀的团队。更别说踢走波场联合创始人以及弃Huobi中国员工于不顾，都能发现这是一个离心离德的人。
SEC和CFTC在内都对波场和孙宇晨提出了诉讼，而孙宇晨始终没有出面，只是隔空喊话自己是无辜的，波场是去中心的。
但有趣的是在2023年12月稳定币公司Circle（USDC）再向美国参议院陈述对于资恐事件的时候已经表明在2023年上半年就已经停止了和孙宇晨所有相关公司的合作，换而言之，目前包括Huobi和波场在内的所有USDC可能都不是被承认的。
由此可见美国政府已经是将孙宇晨和相关的一众公司，包括波场在内都认定是和恐怖组织有一定相关联系的，而之所以孙割目前还逍遥自在主要应该是所在地没有引渡条例的原因，而且孙割也不会去和美国有引渡条约的国家。
2024年是美国大选年，这次的主题除了已经差不多的通胀以及全民不在预期的经济衰退，包括美国油价都在对稳定，那么剩下的就必然是地缘冲突，尤其是是对美国威胁更大的恐怖组织必然是要被作为政绩和目标实施的，而孙宇晨的名字必然在清算列表中。
