Tether CEO Highlights Strong Relationship With US Government

According to PANews, Tether CEO Paolo Ardoino stated in an interview that Tether maintains a very good relationship with the United States government, which he claims is significantly better than that of its competitors. Ardoino emphasized that Tether is the only stablecoin recognized by both the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the United States Secret Service. He also mentioned that the company collaborates with 180 law enforcement agencies across 45 countries and regions. Ardoino further positioned Tether as a 'good friend' of the United States, highlighting that Tether currently holds approximately $98 billion in U.S. Treasury bonds, making it one of the largest holders of U.S. debt globally.
