Flood is an intent-based, full-chain aggregation DEX that separates 3 roles in the order flow supply chain: user, owner, and fulfiller. Flood provides users with gas-free transactions. Its trading logic is declarative rather than imperative. Transactions execute smart contract logic atomically before and after swapping using hooks.
