Jupiter announced on the X platform that after three days of voting, the first Core Working Group budget proposal has been voted through (75% in favor, 19% against, and 6% abstention rate), which means that the Core Working Group will soon become Jupiter's first working group, and a meeting is expected to be held later tomorrow to review the improvement of the voting process. On March 30, Jupiter has launched the first Core Working Group budget proposal vote. This vote is crucial to setting a precedent for funding working groups to promote DAO initiatives. Previously, the Core Working Group spent a week in community discussions and submitted a 2024 budget proposal to the DAO. JUP stakers can now vote to fund the Core Working Group, with an estimated 12-month budget of $450,000 and a token allocation of 4.5 million JUP.
