ZK Rollup-based Ethereum's second-tier network zkSync is cooperating with the encryption infrastructure company Espresso Systems to integrate the new technology of "Configurable Asset Privacy" CAPE (Configurable Asset Privacy) to realize private transactions. Any of these users can transact without exposing the blockchain’s private data, removing barriers for institutions that don’t want balances, on-chain activity, and other publicly accessible private data exposed. The collaboration, still planned and not yet deployed on zkSync’s testnet, is expected to update the tokenization of real-world assets, supply chains, identity, payments and trade finance later this year.
