Three Arrows Capital founder Kyle Davies ignored a court subpoena for Three Arrows Capital’s books and records and obstructed an investigation into Three Arrows Capital, according to court documents, CoinDesk reported. According to the document, Kyle Davies and Su Zhu "refused to engage in meaningful engagement" and only disclosed information in pieces and selectively. The court will decide whether to compel Kyle Davies to comply with the subpoena at a March 2 hearing. Foresight News previously reported that the co-liquidators of Three Arrows Capital sent court summons to the two founders of Three Arrows Capital, Kyle Davies and Zhu Su, via Twitter. The joint liquidators stated in a statement that they are currently focused on advancing the liquidation process of Three Arrows Capital to maximize the recovery of assets on behalf of creditors, but its founders refused to cooperate, so they have applied and authorized by the Singapore court to Communicate needs to them via email and Twitter.
