The Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission, the Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park Management Committee, and the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology issued the "Work Plan on Promoting Beijing's Internet 3.0 Industry Innovation and Development (2023-2025)" to promote Beijing's Internet 3.0 Industry Innovation and Development . The notice pointed out that Internet 3.0, as a new form of future Internet industry development, is accelerating its development driven by information technologies such as virtual reality, artificial intelligence, and blockchain, and will have a transformative impact on future technology and industrial development as well as social and economic forms. . In order to seize the opportunity of a new round of scientific and technological innovation and industrial transformation, and promote the innovation and development of the Internet 3.0 industry in Beijing, this work plan is specially formulated. The key tasks include: 1. Promote the research of key underlying core technologies, including artificial intelligence, blockchain, high-performance computing chips, communication networks, XR terminals, and content production. 2. Promote the construction of common technical support platforms, including heterogeneous software and hardware computing platforms, 3D rendering platforms, digital asset circulation service platforms, light field imaging computing platforms, and optical device processing platforms. 3.
