L2 network protocol Milkomeda will allow Cardano users to use EVM contracts directly from any Cardano wallet

Sebastien Guillemot, CEO of Milkomeda, an L2 network protocol that provides EVM functionality for non-EVM-compatible chains, said that a feature will soon be available that will allow Cardano users to use EVM contracts directly from any Cardano wallet. Milkomeda will soon provide staking rewards for all EVM users, including smart contract developers, and staking rewards for Cardano products built on Milkomeda will be automatically paid out every 5 days. In October 2022, Milkomeda completed $3.1 million in financing, led by Archetype, with participation from Sora Ventures, Algorand Foundation, Arrington Capital, SOSV, Circle Ventures, Borderless Capital and Coinbase Ventures.
