EraLend: If the hacker returns 90% of the stolen funds, 10% can be kept as a white hat bounty, and the team will no longer be held accountable

Odaily Planet Daily News zkSync ecological lending protocol EraLend sent a letter to hackers on Twitter, the content is as follows: We know that in yesterday's attack, you could have drained all available liquidity, but you chose to only steal some. We take this as an expression of "goodwill" on your part, or an underlying concern for the victim and the wider repercussions of a serious attack. However, your (your) actions are illegal and have a devastating impact not only on the 500,000 EraLend users, but on the entire DeFi community. We have engaged with security professionals, CEXs, the wider DeFi security community, and law enforcement agencies. We are tracking the traces you left before and after the attack, both on-chain and off-chain. We therefore make a suggestion: please return 90% of the stolen funds to the address below by 14:00 (UTC) on July 27th, and we will stop hunting you. You can peacefully keep 10% of the stolen funds as a white hat bounty. The receiving wallet address is: 0x9eEE479DCf6075a0cb905c27e8F952910c3bb69D. If the stolen funds are not returned by the deadline, we will have no choice but to escalate the matter. The transaction will be terminated and we will immediately place another bounty on any person or organization that helps us prosecute you and recover the stolen funds. Please make an informed decision. According to previous news, EraLend announced the reason for the attack: the attacker manipulated the price of the oracle machine and obtained about 2.76 million US dollars from the USDC pool. Other fund pools are still safe and unaffected.
