Optimism, the Ethereum Layer 2 expansion solution, tweeted that the fourth season of Optimism Governance introduced foundation tasks, which are requests for proposals (RFPs) from teams in the ecosystem. Optimism has released the first batch of Foundation tasks, projects involving cross-governance accessibility, technology decentralization, protocol research, application development, etc. These tasks are open to proposals from any team (coalition) in the ecosystem. Relevant RFPs include: Dynamic Delegated Proofs (establish a contract to maintain a set of proofs for Collective-approved delegated representatives), Zero-Knowledge Proof Research (implement a Zero-Knowledge Proof system that can prove Optimism failure proof procedures), Leader Election Proof of Concept ( Building a proof of concept for leader election in a decentralized orderer network), DAO archive maintenance, code of conduct enforcement, Governor v2 contract, etc. Optimism reminds that relevant RFP proposals need to be submitted by June 28th, and the foundation will have until July 13th to select the winning proposal to start work on.
