The "Plan" proposes to promote the application of digital renminbi and test the stability of the digital renminbi system, functional availability, process convenience, scene applicability, and risk controllability. Orderly expand the application coverage of digital renminbi in key areas such as wholesale and retail, catering, cultural tourism, education, medical care, and public services to meet the multi-level and diversified payment needs of the public. Carry out useful explorations to provide better solutions to solve traditional payment difficulties and pain points. According to the "Plan", in 2023, the city will strive to achieve the number of digital renminbi wallets exceeding 1 million and the number of public wallets exceeding 80,000. At least 60,000 new merchants (stores) will accept digital renminbi. 500, at least 300 million yuan in financial funds will be issued in digital renminbi, and at least 1.5 billion yuan in small and micro enterprise loans will be issued in digital renminbi. Strive to basically form a digital RMB operation and management system with convenient and efficient services, wide application coverage, and a relatively complete ecology by the end of 2025.
