Microsoft has won U.S. court approval for its $69 billion acquisition of Activision Blizzard, Bloomberg reported, meaning Microsoft has until a July 18 deadline to seek to close its acquisition of Activision Blizzard anywhere but the U.K. . Microsoft previously stated that the acquisition will accelerate the growth of Microsoft's gaming business across mobile, PC, console and cloud, and will provide building blocks for the Metaverse.
