The federal judge overseeing the class action lawsuit against Tether has scheduled a hearing to discuss a request by the parties involved to have the embattled Roche Freedman law firm removed from the case, The Block reports. The hearing is set for October 3. At the end of August, Roche Freedman founding partner Kyle Roche launched several class action lawsuits, including against Tether and Bitfinex, Tron, BitMEX and Binance. Previously, Kyle Roche, the founding partner of Roche Freedman's law firm, caused heated discussions because of the Ava Labs-related breaking news video.
