Bitcoin investment in El Salvador still has losses exceeding US$17 million

Data from Nayibtracker, a platform that monitors Bitcoin holdings in Central American countries, shows that despite Bitcoin’s recent rise to US$35,000, El Salvador’s Bitcoin investment is still at a loss of nearly US$20 million. El Salvador purchased 3,062 BTC at an average price of approximately US$40,594.93, totaling approximately US$124 million. As of press time, the price of BTC was approximately US$34,825.
