OSL and Mulan Investment Management reach strategic cooperation on compliant digital asset business

OSL Digital Securities, the digital asset arm of BC Technology Group, and Mulan Investment Management Co., Ltd. (Mlana lM), which is licensed by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission to provide types 1, 4, and 9 regulated virtual asset management businesses, announced today that they have signed a strategic cooperation agreement. Work together from a multi-dimensional business perspective to continuously optimize the digital asset products and services of both parties. Under this strategic cooperation framework, OSL will cooperate with Mulana M using a personal agent model to provide Mulana M's professional investor customers with an efficient, safe and convenient digital asset trading platform. At the same time, OSL will serve as the virtual asset trading and custody partner of Mulana M's funds to ensure that fund activities are conducted in a safe and compliant environment. In addition, Mulana M will provide support to OSL in terms of investment research and currency listing due diligence for Web3 and blockchain projects.
