OKX and LinkedIn jointly released the "2022 Global Blockchain Talent Report - Web3.0 Direction". The report shows that the total number of global blockchain talents has increased by 76% year-on-year. The United States, India, and China are the top three countries with blockchain talents. Among them, the growth rate of Chinese talents is relatively low, only 12%, while the demand for Chinese talents has increased year-on-year. The speed is as high as 60%, and the demand for core talents of blockchain enterprises has shifted from financial-oriented to technical talents. In addition, the average tenure of global blockchain talents is 1.2 years, and the overall talent flow is characterized by a short tenure and a high turnover rate. The ratio of male to female talents in the global blockchain field is about 8:2, with master's talents accounting for 40%, and the overall educational level is relatively high.
