HIVE Blockchain: Since the merger, the GPU mining revenue has been greatly reduced, and more ASIC mining machines will be deployed to make up for the revenue

HIVE Blockchain, a listed mining company, released a mining data update. Since July 2021, HIVE’s Bitcoin ASIC hash rate has grown from 700 PH/S to today’s 2.3 EH/s, an increase of more than 200%. Additionally, since the merger, HIVE Blockchain’s revenue from its GPU mining has decreased significantly, from nearly 7 bitcoins per day to 1.6 bitcoins per day. HIVE plans to make up this revenue starting with its soon-to-deploy ASIC mining rigs, which in the short term are expected to generate more than 4 BTC per day in scheduled deliveries of 1.2 EH/s. At the current difficulty level, HIVE expects to produce more than 14 bitcoins per day once all scheduled ASICs are delivered and deployed.
