According to research data from the Bank of Canada, the proportion of Bitcoin held by local residents has increased from 3.2% in 2016 to 13.1% in 2021. Among them, male holders will increase from 4.4% in 2016 to 19.3% in 2021, and female holders will increase from 2.2% in 2016 to 7.2% in 2021. Among people aged 18 to 34, the proportion of bitcoin holders has exceeded 25%.
