Blockscout data shows that the L3 chain Degen Chain has not produced a block for about 12 hours.
According to the block browser, the outage occurred unexpectedly and the network stopped verifying new transactions for more than 11 hours. The outage was discovered at around 4:15 pm EST last Sunday when the network stopped running at block #15524774.
The outage caused various DApps and bridges on Degen Chain (including Relay bridge, DegenSwap, Mint Club and Frogswap) to be completely inoperable. As a result, users of these platforms are currently unable to perform any transactions.
Degen Chain runs on the Arbitrum Orbit technology stack, mainly based on Base, and uses the AnyTrust protocol to ensure data availability. It is worth mentioning that the current network problems have not affected the on-chain activities of DEGEN tokens on Base. (The Block)
