According to Odaily, SSV Network has announced a revision in its funding strategy. The changes include the initiation of a new application process, which involves a temporary halt in funding before reopening under the new strategy.
The network has also decided to cease seed round funding, meaning it will no longer provide seed round financial support for equity services and equity pools. However, it will continue to support existing grants, guiding the completion of currently approved grants.
In an effort to avoid conflicts with the mainnet incentive plan, SSV Network has also decided to stop TVL grants. The focus will now be on open funding, specifically targeting unique and critical components of the ecosystem.
Lastly, the network will maintain bug bounty programs and small grants, which will continue under the current guidelines. These changes are expected to streamline the funding process and ensure a more efficient allocation of resources.
