Scammers have recently discovered a new way to defraud Solana users of their cryptocurrencies. They took advantage of Solana's built-in token expansion function to secretly "destroy" the user's tokens within a few seconds after the user purchased the tokens, making it impossible for the user to use or view these tokens. Slorg, a member of the core working group of Jupiter, a Solana ecological transaction aggregator, pointed out that the purpose of scammers destroying tokens may include creating confusion, reducing market circulation to stabilize prices, or conducting small-scale, high-frequency fraud activities.
