According to Foresight News, Payments Accelerated Network (PAN) is set to collaborate with the Central Bank of Laos to initiate a Bitcoin offline payment pilot in seven countries. This initiative aims to establish a node program and develop a virtual asset payment ecosystem centered around Bitcoin.
PAN is a high-performance virtual asset payment network that facilitates efficient virtual asset payments and settlements by creating a transaction matching layer between payment nodes. The network focuses on managing liquidity, ensuring security, optimizing routing, and enhancing user experience to promote the widespread adoption of virtual asset payments. By integrating RGB and the Lightning Network along with other advanced technologies, PAN allows holders to activate node clusters, engage in multi-party payments, and participate in governance.
