After that, they arrange for "grandson's classmates" to come to the door to collect the money. The police conducted an in-depth investigation and found that the fraud gang arranged door-to-door cash withdrawal, money transfer, and transfer without coupons and cards, with multiple levels of suspects involved, and finally exchanged the fraudulent money into virtual currency online to illegally transfer it. At present, the Chengxi Public Security Branch of Xining Public Security Bureau has successively arrested 12 criminal suspects in many places inside and outside the province, and the case is being further handled.
