Voyager has not completed the transaction with FTX, nor transferred any assets related to the transaction to FTX

The official committee of unsecured creditors of Voyager Digital, a cryptocurrency lending platform, stated that the transaction between FTX and Voyager has not yet been completed, and Voyager has not transferred any cryptocurrencies or other assets related to the transaction to FTX. The committee will take the necessary steps to protect the interests of creditors and is currently evaluating all options. In October 2022, Voyager was approved to enter into an initial sale contract with FTX US, and its customers could potentially recoup approximately 72% of their account value in compensation. Voyager Digital is also urging all customers and creditors to vote in favor of the proposed asset sale to FTX US by 4:00 on November 30 (16:00 ET on November 29).
