Spanish Securities Regulator Approves First Tokenization License

The Spanish securities regulator CNMV has approved the country’s first tokenization license, opening the door to the tokenization of real-world assets (RWA). Ursus-3 Capital, in partnership with Onyze, is the first consortium able to offer its services to Spanish companies seeking to enter this space. “We firmly believe that RWA tokenization opens up endless possibilities for entrepreneurs and it is very important to guarantee legal security for investors,” said Juan Jurado, general manager of Ursus-3 Capital.
