Spectral published a post-mortem analysis of a recent security incident on X: On December 1, 2024, Spectral's Syntax platform suffered a security vulnerability. The following are the repair measures being taken: - Updated contracts: Vulnerabilities in the bonding curve contract have been identified and fixed to prevent such incidents from happening again in the future; - Additional third-party audits: Zellic has been hired to audit the contract updates; - Funding replenishment: SPEC tokens are being replenished to restore the bonding curve to the state before the security incident.
