Hong Kong-listed company Kingkey Financial International announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Leading Tide Group Limited has entered into a formal agreement with multiple parties (including SIAM AI Corporation Company Limited, Venture Hub, FCGM Strategic Investment Pte. Ltd. and Boon-Long), and the contracting parties have agreed to establish a joint venture company that will focus on operating and managing graphics processing unit (GPU) server clusters and integrating artificial intelligence (AI), green finance and virtual asset services.
