Grayscale Research released a report saying that in early January, the U.S. Senate will begin considering President-elect Trump's nominees for his cabinet and leadership of various government agencies. For the crypto market, the candidates for Secretary of the Treasury, Secretary of Commerce, Chairman of the SEC, and Chairman of the CFTC to be announced are more important. At the same time, although Grayscale Research expects the next Congress to consider crypto-related legislation, this may not happen until lawmakers resolve taxes and certain other issues.
