According to the official announcement, the National Development and Reform Commission, the National Data Bureau, and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology issued the "Guidelines for the Construction of National Data Infrastructure", which mentioned: Establish a nationwide integrated distributed digital identity system to standardize identity generation, identity registration and authentication mechanisms. Establish a unified data asset certificate, transaction certificate structure, generation and verification mechanism, and support the use of blockchain, encryption technology, smart contracts and other means to improve the traceability and trust of certificates. Encourage industries and localities to actively explore the construction of new technology facilities such as blockchain networks and privacy protection computing platforms. In terms of data circulation and utilization security, comprehensive use of privacy protection computing, blockchain, data use control and other technical means to ensure the trusted collection, encrypted transmission, reliable storage, controlled exchange and sharing, destruction confirmation and evidence traceability of data, and avoid risks such as data privacy leakage and illegal abuse.
