Recently, two blockchain international standards led by AntChain have been approved by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), namely "Distributed Ledger System Smart Contract Lifecycle Management Requirements" and "Distributed Ledger Technology-Based Authorization Service Application Guidelines". Among them, the "Distributed Ledger System Smart Contract Lifecycle Management Requirements" has made detailed requirements for the functions, performance, security and other aspects of smart contracts, covering the entire life cycle of smart contracts. The standard is jointly led by AntChain and China Academy of Information and Communications Technology. It can be used to guide users, developers, service providers, auditors and other participants to develop, manage and use smart contracts efficiently, stably and safely, and develop blockchain business. The "Guidelines for Authorized Application Services Based on Distributed Ledger Technology" standard proposes a blockchain-based identity information authorization model. With the popularization of the Internet and smart phones, more and more services have been realized in the "handheld", but at the same time, people are paying more and more attention to the security of identity information authorization and privacy protection.
