Odaily Planet Daily News: A few days after South Carolina withdrew its pledge lawsuit against cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase, Kentucky became the third state after Vermont to withdraw such a lawsuit. Kentucky financial regulators filed a joint withdrawal complaint on Monday, officially ending the legal action against Coinbase's pledge service. Previously, the service was accused of violating state securities laws. Coinbase Chief Legal Officer Paul Grewal said on the X platform: "Congress needs to pass a federal market structure law as soon as possible to end this litigation-driven, state-by-state regulatory approach."
