Singapore Chosen as Inaugural Metaverse City in Affyn's NEXUS World

Singapore chosen as first Affyn NEXUS World metaverse city.

Affyn, in addition to its ongoing Flag sale, is taking significant steps in advancing its NEXUS World metaverse, with Singapore being revealed as the first metaverse city within Affyn's NEXUS World. This metaverse city introduces 2,000 plots of Freehold Land NFTs, with plans for many more cities to be unveiled in the near future.

Land NFTs represent real estate, categorized by rarity.

Affyn's NEXUS World harnesses mobile geolocation features within its metaverse cities, which are intricately linked to the real world. This means that all 2,000 Land NFTs correspond to specific locations in Singapore. In Affyn's NEXUS World, each plot is symbolized by a hexagonal tile, covering an average area of approximately 15,047.5 square meters and measuring around 65.9 meters per side. These plots are further distinguished by their rarity levels, categorizing them as Common, Rare, Epic, or Mythical.

Higher-tier Land offers benefits and rare "Buddies" opportunities.

These Land NFTs essentially serve as digital representations of real estate within the NEXUS World metaverse. Each piece of Land is characterized by a unique combination of climates and features, including grasslands, sandy shores, rocky terrain, snow-covered biomes, and more. The number of features available on each piece of Land is directly linked to its rarity level. Users who own higher-tier Land will enjoy additional benefits, including increased chances of encountering rarer "Buddies."

Landowners can rent, host activities, and earn rewards

Landowners, once they've developed their Land, have the potential to lease sections of virtual real estate to other players and host a variety of activities such as games and events to maximize their revenue. Each Land NFT essentially functions as a Hometown, with the Landowner taking on the role of Mayor. This grants Landowners the flexibility to establish diverse businesses on their Land and offer services to fellow players.

Land NFT owners get access to exclusive events and campaigns

The more players engage in activities on Land within the NEXUS World, the greater the rewards earned by the Landowner. Moreover, each Land NFT comes with features that offer Landowners additional benefits, such as the opportunity to spawn rare "Buddies" and attract more players. In addition to this, Land NFT owners will gain access to exclusive events and campaigns.
