Yesterday, Redstone, a Layer2 network developed by Lattice focusing on the full-chain game ecosystem, was officially launched.
The official also held a series of support activities. This article will take you to a quick look at Redstone's common infrastructure and the game projects launched with the main network.
01. Casting mainnet commemorative NFT
The detailed schedule of all current activities is listed on Redstone's community homepage: https://community.redstone.xyz/.
In addition, users who successfully enter funds 24 hours before the mainnet launch will also be eligible to cast commemorative NFTs.
Users only need to follow the instructions on the page to connect their wallets and complete the cross-chain process before they can mint. The minting activity is not completely free and requires a small amount of ETH. However, according to the current price, the entire minting cost is about 2 US dollars. Interested friends please hurry up and mint (there are still a few hours before the end of the activity).
02. Infrastructure
(1) Official cross-chain bridge
Users who are depositing funds into Redstone for the first time can choose the official cross-chain bridge, link: https://redstone.xyz/deposit.
However, the official bridge currently only supports cross-chain from the Ethereum mainnet to Redstone, and the cost of using it is relatively high.
(2)Third-party cross-chain bridge
For users who want to reduce cross-chain costs, they can also choose the third-party cross-chain bridge developed by the community.
Link: https://relay.link/bridge/redstone/
The advantage of the third-party bridge is that it supports users to quickly transfer funds between various mainstream Layer2s through a capital pool. Therefore, users can transfer funds from Optimism, Arbitrum or Base to Redstone to reduce the gas cost of cross-chain.
(3)Block Explorer
Redstone mainnet’s blockchain explorer is also online, address: https://explorer.redstone.xyz/, users can obtain mainnet transaction status or NFT’s latest minting data and other information at any time.
(4)DEX
As an essential infrastructure for a new public chain, a decentralized trading platform is also essential. Currently, Redswap, which is built on the Uniswap V3 model, has been launched on the mainnet at the same time. Users can trade SkyStrife game tokens Orb with USDC, ETH and other tokens.

(5) NFT Market
As another important infrastructure, Redstone's NFT trading platform is also launched at the same time, link: https://www.redstone.market/.
Users can directly mint mainnet commemorative NFTs in Redstone Market, and can also place orders to sell their own NFTs at the same time.
03. Games and Related Activities
Of course, what is more exciting in this Redstone mainnet launch event are the many game projects that will be launched together. We will briefly introduce them in the order of their launch time.
(1) Sky Strife
Launch time: early morning of May 2
Since Sky Strife has undergone multiple rounds of testnet testing activities before, veteran players are already very familiar with its mechanism. New players can still refer to the testnet tutorial of "Sky Strife Season 0 Update Content Overview" to learn the basic rules of the game.
The slight change in this mainnet version is that the sale of the game's Season Pass is no longer an auction model, but a unified price of 0.03ETH.
Players who purchase it can get privileges such as joining specific game sessions and using new maps. At the same time, this Season Pass seems to be transferable and sold, and it is supported to place orders in the Redstone Market.
(2) Biomes
Biomes is a Minecraft-like game on the entire chain. If you want to learn more about its development concept, you can read the article "A New Paradigm for Building World Computers - Based on "Atoms" Rather than Smart Contracts". This time, Biomes also brought a special mainnet launch game event, which we will focus on tomorrow.
(3)THIS CURSED MACHINE 2.0
Aside from the slightly scary background of the game (you are put in a jar to produce various materials...), THIS CURSED MACHINE (TCM) is a resource manufacturing and puzzle game. Players need to find the correct connection path to produce the game's initial resource $bugs into various products required by the game.
The game uses a relatively retro command line operation interface, and the overall atmosphere of the game is rendered quite well.
Based on the previous experience with the beta version, this TCM 2.0 not only greatly optimizes the novice tutorial part, but its raw material $Bugs will also be minted as ERC-20 Token.
What will happen when the real price is generated after the main network is launched, and what impact will it have on game players are all very worthy of attention this time. We will also launch a special tutorial to help everyone experience this game later.
(4)ggQuest
ggQuest is a full-chain game task platform. This time, it will also set up corresponding Quest tasks with the launch of many games, and rank the points of users participating in the game on the entire network according to the points. At present, the ggQuest homepage can only connect to the Redstone test network. You can pay attention to the official further launch news.
(5)DF ARES
DF ARES is the community version of the most classic full-chain game "Dark Forest". This community round of activities will also update new game mechanisms and gameplay.
(6)DownStream
DownStream is developed by Playmint Studio. Among the many full-chain game teams, Playmint is a rare team with a deep background in traditional game development. Therefore, DownStream is more outstanding than other games in terms of visual effects and experience. DownStream has not yet released more detailed information about the games it has launched.
(7)WORDS3
A crossword game developed by Small Brain Games. For gameplay, please refer to "Words3 Gameplay Introduction".
(8)Dear
A pixel-style game developed by ARPA Network. Players need to make a difficult choice between good and evil.
The above games have not released detailed launch plans. Interested players please continue to follow our official account, Twitter (@0xFunBlocksCN), telegram (@FunBlocks_TC) and other platforms. We will release the latest game activity information at any time.
