TradFi’s warm welcome means that cryptocurrencies will never be illegal in Western countries – at least some type of cryptocurrency.
This has advantages.
TradFi is a shield against our most critical adversaries. They can no longer nip us in the cradle - we are too strong - we have too many friends.
This is transformation.
Our question is no longer “Can we survive?” It’s now “Can we stay decentralized?” ?”
Strengthen our anti-corruption and anti-centralization agreements. This is what must be done in this decade if we are to create a financial system that will last for generations.
The construction of Bitcoin and Ethereum is not yet complete. So what do we get? A new set of bankers or an open monetary system?
We have an open monetary system.
