Aavegotchi Founder Reveals Hiring of Alleged North Korean Hacker for Game Development

According to Foresight News, Aavegotchi founder CoderDan has revealed that the development team at Pixelcraft Studios briefly employed the Munchables attacker for game development work in 2022. CoderDan stated that the individual seemed like a North Korean hacker, and they were fired within a month. The hacker also attempted to get the team to hire one of his friends, who was likely another hacker. CoderDan mentioned that they had video calls with the individual but did not record them, and it is unclear if Google internally recorded all video calls. However, the hacker did show his face during the calls. CoderDan provided some addresses used by the hacker while working at Pixelcraft Studios.
