According to Odaily, Polyhedra Network has announced the latest upgrade of its Expander toolbox: the Expander Compiler Collection (ECC). The ECC is a key component of the Expander toolbox, one of the fastest zero-knowledge proof systems globally. It is specifically designed to convert circuits written in gnark into an intermediate representation (IR) of layered circuits. This technology significantly optimizes proof time while ensuring compatibility with existing solutions.
In addition to this, the ECC has achieved a critical breakthrough in compatibility with existing circuit languages. This allows developers to generate GKR proofs at a faster rate. With the help of ECC, Expander is set to further drive the subsequent development of ZK encryption proof technology.
