The statement expressed concerns that Justice de Moraes might order the shutdown of X Platform in Brazil due to the company's refusal to comply with what it described as his illegal orders to censor his political opponents. These opponents include an elected senator and a 16-year-old girl. In the coming days, for the sake of transparency, X Platform plans to publish all of Justice de Moraes' illegal demands and related court documents. Unlike other social media and technology platforms, X Platform stated it will not secretly comply with illegal orders.
