Offchain Labs Announces Planned ARB Transfers

According to Odaily, Offchain Labs has announced via X that starting tomorrow, there will be several large ARB transfers from one custodian service provider to another. These transfers are part of a pre-established plan, and the original token lock-up schedule remains unchanged. The transfers will not unlock any new tokens.
