Additionally, the transaction volume for decentralized applications (DApps) on the platform fell by 25%. Notable platforms such as PancakeSwap and Uniswap saw declines of 25% and 22%, respectively. In contrast, Ethereum DApps saw a 9% decrease in transaction volume, while Solana's on-chain activity dropped by 15%, based on data from DefiLlama.
Currently, BNB Chain's Total Value Locked (TVL) stands at 8.1 million BNB, showing little change from two months ago. However, network fees for BNB Chain fell to their lowest level in over four years during the week ending October 7, with cumulative fees amounting to 1,880 BNB, a 56% decrease from the previous week.
Meanwhile, Ethereum's TVL remains stable at 19.2 million ETH, unchanged from two months ago. Solana's TVL has risen to 40.9 million SOL, marking a 26% increase over the past two months and reaching its highest level in two years.
