Grayscale Plans To Upgrade Digital Large Cap Fund To Exchange-Traded Product

According to Odaily, Grayscale has announced its intention to apply for the conversion of its Grayscale Digital Large Cap Fund into an exchange-traded product (ETP). The fund, which is publicly traded, includes holdings in Bitcoin, Ether, SOL, XRP, and AVAX. The New York Stock Exchange Arca has submitted a 19b-4 form proposing the listing and trading of shares of the Grayscale Digital Large Cap Fund as an ETP. This proposal has been published in the Federal Register, marking the official commencement of the review process. The review could take up to 240 days to complete.
