The discussions focused on the regulatory differences between cryptocurrencies and traditional securities, as well as the direction of future legal reforms. Participants emphasized that disclosure, entry, and conduct regulations should be considered not only from the perspective of investor protection but also in terms of alignment with international standards and ensuring smooth transactions. Additionally, there was a call to carefully consider the unique characteristics of cryptocurrencies without being constrained by existing regulatory frameworks.
