Andrew CY Chan is the M&A & Portfolio Management at Binance Labs. Andrew leads Binance's strategic M&A integrations and investment portfolio management efforts. Prior to Binance, he was a deal advisor specializing in financial services M&A in North America and Asia. Andrew is a CFA charterholder and a CPA, CA. He graduated from University of Waterloo and Wilfrid Laurier University with degrees in Mathematics and Business.
