Lei Zhibin

Dr. Lei Zhibin graduated from the Department of Mathematics of Peking University, a blockchain expert, a visiting professor at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, a doctoral supervisor, a special expert of the Hunan Provincial Economic and Information Commission, and a technology consultant of Zhuzhou City. He holds a doctorate in electrical engineering from Brown University in the United States. He is the technical director of financial technology development in Hengqin New Area and the innovation and development director of Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute.
